Entry fees for cottages; will be a life/lease entry fee.
Main house will have library & the large screened porches for bird watching & visiting.
RATES:
1.Immediate occupancy= 2 lovely private rooms in main
house. $1200 and $1400 per month with $500
non-refundable deposit.
2. Apartments $35,000 w/ monthly fees of $1600
built with 50% down and contract signed. Completed in 30days!
(extra person = $300)

**Remember your life lease keeps you out of nursing homes!
All you furnish is your personal care, which you can share w/ a neighbor.
EVERYTHING WILL BE FURNISHED EXCEPT PERSONAL CARE and private telephone.!
3 meals, utilities, laundry(if needed), housekeeping, transportation to the doctor and activities (if needed).
You'll save enough in 2 years over residential care facilities to cover your initial cost.You and a friend can share a suite or cottage and share fees.
