We live in a 145+ year old restored farm house in Andrews, South Carolina It has taken us 14 years to restore this lovely old home. The heirloom perennials have been revived and
a "Secret Garden" put in with plants from around the yard.
Herbs for cooking and health abound in the yards.
Everything is natural w/ no chemicals. We can a lot of fruit and vegetables. Also, raising meat rabbits & chickens!
Adding more food ideas and flowers and animals yearly.

As a senior enjoying my later years and also needing more income, as everyone seems to, I've decided to invite seniors to join us in a co-op living community.
In addition, there is so much for children, families, and those needing solitude ,we are inviting you to join us on our homestead in our Senior Co-opCommunity or at our Retreat!

We are excited about opening our new boarding and
day private school There is so much to offer on our
homestead! Limited student enrollment, only 4 boarders.
All will participate in chores: gardening, animal care,
cleaning, cooking, all farm work! All aspects of our
homestead are organic and we are learning everyday
more about being independent in food supplies,
and trying to gain more knowledge. We are Constitutionalist, teaching with the Founding Fathers
and Christ as our foundation.
An excellent library on site and a local library,
medical, small town within 4 miles. All attend the church of their choice, but must attend!
One on one teaching + learning how to be independent
"learners"; it will like visiting w/ grandparents.
